
I know the word "old man" in Spanish and I would hear that frequently. As an older worker, I brushed it off at first but it got to be a headache.

On top of this, almost everyday I worked there someone would mention something about my age (if your over 45 there, watch out). In the short time I was there, I loaded the 75 to 100 pound boxes in the trailers. To top it off, the agency that brought me on told me I would be driving a forklift.

I expected the work loading trailers was brutal but not being able to communicate with many of the workers was tough.

I work full time but I went to work there part time with the SIMOS agency.
